Checklist for Non-Business Visit Visa (F-Visa) Application:
- Passport with more than 6 months validity from the date of travel and with 2 or more pages available for visa label and arrival/departure stamps.
- Complete the visa application form (首页-中国签证申请服务中心 (visaforchina.cn)
- Please bring a copy of your completed visa application form to your appointment for in-person submission with your confirmation of visa application appointment.
- One (1) piece 48mm x 33mm, clear, color print with white background visa photo. See visa photo guidelines here.
- Make an appointment to submit your visa application here. Print out the confirmation with your appointment number to be presented and submitted with your visa application documents.
- If you are applying for a visa outside your home country, you will be asked to present proof of legal resident status.
- Photocopy of previous Chinese visa(s). If previous Chinese visa(s) is/are not on your current passport, you will also need to submit a copy of the bio/picture page of your old passport(s) with the Chinese visa.
