VISA Invitation Letter for SUZMUN Attendees

Please combine all necessary information for all delegates/ directors into one document before sending us the VISA invitation letter request via email.

1. Please send copy of passport (bio page) and the location of the Chinese Embassy to which you will be applying (as the visa letter must be addressed to the specific embassy) to the SUZMUN team 
2. SSIS will issue a school-stamped invitation letter after receiving passport copy.
3. Attendee lodges an application for an F visa at the embassy or application center of their choice. Please note that the invitation letter should be addressed accordingly.
   • Application can also be done using a provider if service is available, but this can be costly.
   • The best time to apply for a visa is 30 days prior to your planned visit. However, as there may be delays, we recommend attendees to apply at least 5 weeks before the conference. 
   • You need to make an appointment to submit your documents and complete the fingerprint capture (if required).
